Volunteer Opportunities
One of the best ways to get to know a new community is to work with one or more agencies that assist that community. We offer two ways to help you find something personally fulfilling to do with your spare time.

Smoky Mountain Home Health & Hospice
222 Heritage Blvd. Newport | Our volunteers help our patients with housework, yard work, basic case (no nursing) and provide fellowship and support.
We can also occasionally use volunteers to help prepare mailings and presentations, stuff envelopes, prepare gifts, and other general office chores.

charlotteleibrock@hotmail.com | We are a Christian organization that builds safe, decent homes for families in need of better housing. Habitat runs a garage sale store with donated goods to raise funds. Our needs include:
- Clean and organize goods in the store
- Help with Saturday sales in store.
- Phones and clerical help in office.
- Home building and landscaping.
- Cleaning the home and lot
- Providing meals to volunteers
